The 4th Of July

We started the 4th of July by going to the parade. We rode over on our bikes, there's the trailer the kids sit in behind daddy.

And here's the action, haha, well our city decided it wasn't safe to throw candy so they made a rule they had to hand candy out to the hands of the kids. Nothing was suppose to touch the ground. How stupid is that pretty soon things are going to be SOOO safe that no one will have fun and no one will come. Kinda like the fireworks.. they are getting so safe too, that they will hardly stay lit. People and there safety rules, how stupid. (I mean I'm all for safe but maybe that's why people are getting sooo dumb.)

Anyway the kids still made off with a good load of candy and Chad is a quick little boy, and we still had some smart people throwing candy so it was all good.
