Air Show

Still catching up on the fun things we've done...lol. We went to the Pocatello Air Show with Grandpa Rawson back in July.
The kids learned a lot and were having fun.
 The loved exploring everything.
Then one little boy started getting hungry and tired.
 Till we found the "tank"!
Then hungry and tired Brian forgot all about it and all 3 kids played and played.
 They LOVED it!
 Then the air show began....hurray!
Both boys loved seeing the fire come out the back end of the jets. We will have to go again next year!

Happy Birthday Trent

Last year on Trent's Birthday I forgot my camera...so this year I didn't!
Cheese! Funny but Great Grandpa Murray guessed this one right!
 Trent and his golf cake!
Let's eat cake! Happy Birthday Daddy!

Happy Birthday Chad

I can't believe Chad has turned 9. He is growing into such a wonderful and very handsome boy. He always keeps us on our toes and makes things at home a lot more exciting then we expect. I love how energetic, loving, and thoughtful my boy can be. He will help anyone who asks for help and it doesn't matter the task. He is a big daredevil, and hopefully he doesn't break to many more bones or end up in the ER to many more times in his life. He sees the beauty in the world and loves to live life to the fullest!
Happy Birthday Chad!!

Catch Up

So I know I haven't blogged for like 2 months, but most everything is on facebook. Here are the few things that weren't on facebook and I had to catch up on.

Chicken Coop

Trent has worked really hard on the chicken coop. He did a good job.
Kylie really wanted this for her house. She was determined it was hers and she was living with the chickens if it needed to be that way for her to have this house...lol.
She played in it the whole time she could.
The kids drew pictures on it for the chickens. I told them it would be painted but they still did it.
Chad helping put on the shingles.
Then it sat for awhile, till finally I primed it twice and painted it twice.
Then I put on all the doors, latches, windows, and knobs.
The caulk is still drying in this picture, but it was done! Even with my removable bottom pan to clean out the coop. SO HAPPY!!!!
Then it sat a little bit longer till me and my strong Chad moved it t the field. Trent then got home from work and helped me put on the rest of the wire, the roosting bar and the ladder for the chickens to get in. Completely done! The chicken love it. I open the door for them every morning and so far they only came out once, but like it inside their pen best.
However, when they do come out and even before, this is one of their favorite places to go, yup behind the fence. It's a pretty good chicken run too, I made sure to fence off the other side so they couldn't go clear to the park if they kept following it.
 Our chickens.
Kylie loves her chicken, her chicken tolerates her...lol.
Happy chickens, happy girl, happy boys, happy dad, and a very happy momma!!!

Kindergarten Graduation

Yeah Brian graduated from Kindergarten, so they put on a cute little program.
Me and Kylie were there to represent everyone, even Daddy couldn't get of work.
Hugging his teacher and getting his diploma.
Then they were "suppose" to get on this stool and stand there for a picture. Some kids wouldn't get off, till the other kid came and pushed them off. As you can see Brian did a one footed up and down and off he went.
So after it was all over I ade him do it again....lol.
One with his teacher again too. She was the best!
Yeah!!! One year down, now just 12 more to go!

Art Award

Chad entered the Art Contest with his picture that he took at the Boise Temple. He won, so they were giving his award to him in front of his class. He wasn't sure how to act, but we were proud of him!
Just the beautiful sunset from our home.

Chickens Week 4

So one more week has went by and these gals have changed a lot.
Here's Feathers, Chad's chicken.
 Fluffy, Brian's chicken.
 Snowflake, Kylie's chicken.
A picture of Feather's and Fluffy side by side because they look so much a like but as you can see they are very different too.
Most of the pets I've had in my life were mostly male. So it hard for me to say "she, her" but I'm trying...lol. We really have some good girls!
I bent down to pick some weeds and this is what the chickens did. Chad had to get a picture, he thought it was so funny.

Kylie's 4th Birthday

Kylie was really excited for this birthday. She has wanted to sit in Brian's booster seat for a long time and I kept saying, "when you turn four, you can sit in the booster". She loves the booster!
I posted this picture because when I saw it, I was reminded of a picture of me when I was little with the same crazy smile and my hair is even a crazy mess just like hers. She looks JUST LIKE my picture!!!
 Make a wish!
She totally loved and milked her day. All day long she would ask for 4 cookies, slices of cheese, or 4 more m&m's because you know she is 4! She really wanted all her cousins too, but we didn't really think of face time till after the fact, oops, next year...lol. She is growing up to fast. She is sweet, smart, funny, and has a fun, spunky personality that you can't help but be happy around her. We love you Kylie!!
