Totally Awesome Parasailing (5)

We all decided to go parasailing. Oh man it is so SO COOL. We loved it and was totally worth it.

This was our captain and crew mate. We defiantly got the right 2 guys because the other boat out had problems (sunk the people with their shoot). As our captain said "are they still in training or something?"
Yeah! Ready to go.
Hooking us up.
Smile! Thanks to my dad me and my sister smile at camera's BOTH our husbands did not...hahaha.
HERE WE GO!!
Up, Up ......
 and AWAY!
This is us getting dunked in the water, see Trent splashing?

Now you get to see what are view was!
It was super fun.
 It was so cool.
 The view was beautiful!
 The boat was tiny.
Could have stayed up there forever.
All done and we had a BLAST!

Waikiki Beach (Hilton) (4)

We decided to go snorkeling in the water near the Hilton Resort on Waikiki Beach. We came once before just to swim in the water, and play on the beach. Me and Katie got burnt pretty bad, so I recommend sun screen of high spf...lol. We came back again, this time we were prepared. After going to Hanauma Bay it seemed so clear. This is a sea cucumber (sea slug) they were all over and different sizes. Trent almost stepped on this one he was big.
 Some fish.
 Angel fish.
Just the cool reef with fish.
We saw a lot of puffer fish, they never puffed up, but of course I never touched or caught one.
Us in the ocean with Diamond Head behind us.
Me and my super curly ringlet hair. Yup, that's what humidity can do.

Hanauma Bay (3)

So we started our trip to Hanauma Bay by eating these little things. I just remember they were called Bubbles (brand name)...lol. Anyway they were finger ice cream. They had a little dry jelly like casing and ice cream in the middle they were really good but the fruit flavors were the best.
Headed down to the bay.
The water was super murky when we went, but you could still see fish.
If I was cool I would tell you the names of the fish...this one is Billy.
 Don't forget Bob.
This is the sea turtle we saw (I guess you don't always get to see them), he scared me at first because when I looked up he was staring at me eye ball to mask. After drinking some ocean water, I called to everyone else so they could see him too.
Here we are fighting the waves. My sister does NOT like salt water.
Wave fighting up close. We left thinking Hanauma Bay was pretty great just wished it wasn't so murky.

Diamond Head (2)

We begin our hike to Diamond Head. We still have to get to Diamond head parking lot. Diamond head is the crater that an old volcano left, it was then a military base and part of it still is.
Beautiful views all along the way to the parking lot.
We are here! Now we can really start the hike.
The only way to go is UP.
More switch backs than a person wants to see.
Half way there!
This is where the military had zip lines they went to the now active military site to the left behind Trent.
We went through tunnels.......
and up stairs they say there is around 300 stairs. I think they are all right here. The stair master!
We made it to the TOP.
Looking back down to where we started.
Watch your step.
Headed back down.
In the bunker, waiting to go down the stairs.
Like I said lots of stairs.
Much easier going down.
I loved all the pretty flowers in the parking lot.
So Trent started playing hide-N-seek.
Diamond head was beautiful!

The Adventure Begins (1)

Leaving the Idaho Falls airport, we already completed one of Trent's dreams. I guess he has always wanted to bored a plane by walking up the ramp.
When we arrived in Honolulu we walked around and went to the Waikiki Aquarium.
They had lots of different kind of jelly fish. I think these were beautiful.
These are some HUGE fish in the aquarium.
Sea horses, who doesn't love sea horses?
This seal was a new addition to the aquarium. He was kinda funny, this is him sleeping.
 Walking the boardwalk.
 Our Compadres.
Tasting one of the "Cupcake Wars" winning cupcakes. It was delicious.
Then off to bed with the BIGGEST moon of the year, off the balcony of our apartment.

The Cousins (during)

This is what the kids did while we were in Hawaii, they got to play a lot with there cousins. Here is Brian explaining how you use the laser to the baby.
These two little girls were quite a handful especially when they were together. They had a love-hate relationship.
Over course who doesn't love to swing?
Kylie loves clothes, she left her brothers underwear drawer a lone and had to try on all the new comers stuff. Luckily they didn't mind very much.
They had a blast and even now as I post they are all yelling "I want to play with Garrett!" Kylie is saying "Rachael, Alayed"...lol so cute.
