Another One Bites the Dust

Brian was sick all day today but he did have a very exciting thing happen. His 2 bottom teeth have been hanging by threads one more than the other.
Ta Da!
 Toothless!
He is excited for the tooth fairy to come visit our house tonight!

We're Ready!

Kylie comes to me dressed like this and says she is ready to go outside. What? Why? So I say "No! You need pants, socks, and you're own shoes!" She left and I went out in the living room.
 This is what I saw!
 So I went to investigate.
It was a nice day, not TOO cold so the boys decided to hang the Christmas lights.
Kylie popped out a couple minutes later with pants, Chad's socks, and her shoes, hahaha. Well she listens....lol.
Chad was running around the whole roof top like a little reindeer as his mother was a little concerned below. Brian got "stuck" and needed help so I did what any mother would do and climbed up to the very top point of the roof to help him. When I turned around to go back down I didn't realize how steep our roof was and I felt how I possibly was not the best person to be doing the rescuing. Slowly but surely we made it down.
Brian was happy to be on the ground.
Kylie decided it was her turn now and began the climb. She was so super happy!
We said "okay now come down". No way, she bolted up the rest of the ladder, luckily she stopped at the very top so we could catch her, she was laughing the whole time. I remember being on the roof as a kid with no fear and it was so cool. Fun to see my kids have the same experiences but I wonder if my mom had the same racing heart palpitations that I do now...lol.

Visitors

We had visitors that don't come down to often, so we were excited. Great Grandma Rawson and aunt Jeanie came and stayed a night with us.
My kids did their usual crazy things. Here is Kylie playing peeka boo with them.
Then she decided to go for the acrobatic act with grandpa, he finally tired out.
So it was on to daddy, to continue the fun.

Each got their turn and far share of attention.
Chad was so bummed that he had to go to school. He made sure they slept well and he gave them a hug before he left.
It was fun! Come stay with us again!

Snowman

We finally got enough snow to do something. The kids were pretty excited to go out and play.
They started by building a snowman. They did 100% of the work, all mom did was take pictures and dad was at work.
They were having a blast.
Mr. Snowman.
He was a hit!
He was done so on to the next projects.
Chad made a chair so Kylie sat in it, and Brian decided to make his own snowman. Chad made more chairs, 3 little chairs..so cute.
So happy with his "very own snowman".
Some quick video's of Kylie "helping out".
Or beating the snowman....lol.

Having so much fun playing in the snow, and "experiencing" it...lol.
Kylie came in a little before the boys and went down for a nap. We had to finish the cold snow fun with our hot chocolate of course!

Success!

Hurray! I did learn from my mistakes I guess, because this one fits!
I even made little runner rows on it. (I'm proud of that...lol) She can put it on by herself and best of all....
....she LOVES it!!! It's pink and has pretties. (That's what she asked for)

Win Some...Lose Some

I have been trying out my crocheting and well you really can't see it in the pictures but this hat is a little too small. You also can't see that there is a peach stripe same as the flower on the top edge of the hat just out of camera shot. I "tried" to make Kylie a hat and well this time I lost...lol.
However, when you fail you learn....
....well that's what they say, we will see. I did learn I have a very cute model!

Jumbledness

Kylie wants to be like her brother so bad. It's funny when she finally gets their favorite things and wears them triumphantly. Chad's muscle shirt.
 Brian's Batman mask.
Yes the mask again but she is so stinking cute!
Kylie has decided she can go to the potty by herself. Which she does do on rare occasions, or when it's really inconvenient. Hopefully one day it will be ALL the time.
Trent had a beard growing contest with the guys at work since the boss was gone for a week. Yup, needless to say he lost. He has such a handsome baby face.
This was just such a good picture of Brian I had to post. I don't get very many pictures of Brian because he is my kid that usually hides from the camera.
This was an idea sparked off of pinterest. Then I made my own designs after I figured it out. I did them all the night we were told Trent was going to be 1st counselor in the Elders Quorum. I had a lot to think about. With me being 2nd counselor in Primary and now him in the Elders Quorum presidency we are going to be REALLY busy, but it can be done! Good thing I have my snowflakes done...lol.
