Kylie's Birthday

April 22nd, Earth Day! Today was Kylie's Birthday she turned 2! Time goes by so fast. She took out her piggy tails so we had this fantastic look for pictures...lol.
Great Grandma gave her a baby doll for her birthday she carried her everywhere and even took here to the golf cart to try to give her a ride.
Miss Kylie getting ready for her cake.
Then we lit the candle and she was scared. She would not let go of my hand.
We sang Happy Birthday and she stared at the candle the whole time, then we told her to blow it out, she didn't want to and was telling Chad to do it...lol.
So I tried to get her to blow out her candle by letting her see if I blew a little it would almost go out, but it was still a "no go" so I blew out the candle.
This silly girl opening her presents. Every time she got clothes she wanted to put them on. She would hold on to the previous present while opening the next. Then that present would get dropped and she would move on to the next.
Except for the princess dress Grandma Rawson made. She wanted that on NOW!
She is such a GIRL!
Then the next fight came when the ball popper Grandpa and Grandma Murray got opened. The brothers wanted to take over and she wanted to play.
But we warded off those boys so she could play with her toy, she loved it!
And, in the end she still played with the box! Why does that always happen?
I will take notes for next year.
Happy Birthday Kylie!!!!

More Soccer

Have some supper cute picture of the kids playing soccer had to share.
This is what Kylie does during brothers games.

Having fun.

Just cute.

Chad consentrating on his game.

Go, go, go!

That a boy.

He is doing so much better every time he plays. He made good assists to win the game.

This is one proud grandma.

Brian scoring one of the 4 goals he made this week.
He is so fun to watch, he is a aggressive yet gentle player.
This game had other players that played "dirty"..lol.
Brian was pushed, pulled, he practicly pulled around
another kid that was holding on to his shirt for dear life
trying to stop him.But through all of it he was happy and
going to get that goal.

Soccer 2012

Brian's first time playing soccer, and he did great! He made 5 goals in his very first game.

He was loving it!

He is so fun to watch.

After one of his goals, so handsome.

Here is Mr. Chad being defense.

His throw in.

This is after he scored a goal, passed midfield, he still had to run up to his coach to get a hug. The kid has a foot.

Ready for the action.

It's really fun to watch the kids play soccer. I hope they have as much fun playing it.

Rodeo 2012

Trent went to Boise for training so I recruited some help to go to the Rodeo with the kids. They were so excited!

Everyone ready to go in and have fun?

Kylie loved the horses she would say "horsies..run", for the cows she said "moo" and she loved to clap for them...lol, it was so cute.

They were so good watching the Rodeo. Chad even got mad at me and said "I'm not looking at you anymore for pictures, I'm here to watch the Rodeo"! Hahaha, ok.

Brian took a picture of me at the rodeo.

Kylie was loving it and to be there with Grandpa too, can't get much better.

Brian loved when the clown did "spiderman", he would run across the arena and jump and stick to the railing and stay there for awhile. He was so happy.

The mutton busters were of course cute. This was the winner he held on forever. He was 4 years old and so Brian said he could do that too.

Since we did go on Friday the 13th, I believe it affected the performances. Only a very few actually stayed on their horse, bull, etc. There weren't many that could rope their calf or wrestle it to the ground. And those barrels kept falling over for the quarter horses, but non the less fun to watch.

There were two broncos that ran right into the railing too, crazy things were happening.

This is "steer crazy" he started climbing out of the pen, the cowboys started pushing him on the head to get back down, he did it 2-3 times before they opened the chute. Notice the McDonald's sign in the lower right corner....

I told Brian to watch the calves and he was like look "mom they run into McDonald's". (because that is the gate they would open) I said yup, then they cook them and we eat them...LOL. Brian got the most horrified look and was ready to cry, so I told him I was just kidding, hahaha.

Fun times at the Rodeo, we had a blast.

Easter 2012

Easter started Saturday, this is the fort the boys made. Pretty ingenious.

Then off we went to the Easter egg hunt. The kids were so excited.

Here they are with their loot.

All of us.

Grandpa came to see the action.

Sunday Morning

Hurry, hurry, smile look cute....

Ahhh late for church.....

get in the car!!! Not late, but made it just in time.

Easter egg hunt at grandparents house. Ready, Set, GO!!!

Here's one!

Got some.

Chad was a lucky little guy, he got the grand prize in one of his eggs, $5. At the time he did not want to share any of his items with Kylie, but later said, "well I am a good big brother so I need to share with Kylie." He keeps surprising me with how big his heart is, and how perfect because I know another brother who had a heart big enough to die for all of us, Happy Easter!!
