Grandpa called and asked if we want to go to the ISU event night with him. I said sure, then Trent surprised us by getting off work early so we could all go together. We started the evening at the robotics. Chad and Brian were so excited. We even got to meet Wall-E!
This was R2D2, and because this one didn't talk to him, Brian was able to stand next to him with the help of grandpa...lol.

Then off to eat our free dinner. Potato bar and hot dogs, chips, cookie and strawberry lemonade. They even had a live band and dancers while we ate, it couldn't have been more perfect. We then went to go see all the other fun activities. Chad got stuck in the DNA making station and the geology booth. Brian watched the cycle of water and answered all the questions on manners. Kylie loved all the booths that gave her candy. We received a lot of cool free things and each one of us got a really cool ISU T-shirt. This event was put together very well. We didn't even have time to go through the museum or see the egg launch, next year maybe.
