We have made it tradition to have a BBQ and watch the firework show at our house. It's fun to be with family and friends. Plus, we have the best spot for the show!
Hamburgers, hot dogs, polish sausages, barbecued chicken, salads, chips, cookies, desserts, watermelon, and pink lemonade to wash it all down.
Seats inside and seats out, just find one and eat!
Don't forget the lemonade!
Now let's try to burn off some of those calories, that is if you can still move.
Caught them both!
Getting tricky.
Someone else with a camera? Oh hi!
Breaking out the glow sticks.
Such beautiful girls!!
Taking a break.
She might kill me but this is SUCH a good picture! Love you Great Grandma Murray.
Playing Tron.
Hanging out.
Taking advantage of the sunset.
Cute Brian swinging waiting for the firework show to start. You can see all the cars coming to park in the field.
Just a beautiful sunset.
Getting dark.
Yup, we have the best view.
Claim a chair, it's going to start soon.
Here comes the moon.
So awesome.
Best view on BOTH sides!
Let the show begin!
Wahoo!
Waited about an hour for the cars to clear out of the field so we can shoot off our own fireworks.
Amy was the firework supplier (had a three year old stash), and dad was the designated lighter after our lighter lost it's juice and we used a candle and a long match stick.
Brian was the most excited about the sparklers. He was asking every 5 minutes if we were going to do them yet..lol. Silly boy!
Brian getting out of the way.
This firework is called the SNOWMAN.
The Monster Truck.
We had so much fun! Thanks to all for the great time. We had a safe 4th, hope everyone else did too.
