Saturday the boys had their soccer games at the same time. Chad was goaly again for the first half of his first game. He did so good this time, I wasn't as nervous...lol.
Brian was not in the soccer mood, he was dancing on the field and not really worried about the game.
Brian's Team.
Chad also wanted to try to be a forward, and he did REALLY good at it this time too.
Perhaps he did so well because DAD was his coach today. He was so proud of the fact that HIS dad was coaching his team, hahaha.
The crew. Watching the games back and forth.
My kids attacking grandpa at Chad's second game of the day.
This second game they lost, first loss of the season, but they didn't have any subs and our boys ran their guts out. At times playing one man down because of injuries. During the second half we thought they would get slaughtered because our boys were more then tired already, but the other team only won by 3 and one of those was an own goal, they played well!
Then we came home and Chad really wanted to ride bikes so we went for a long ride. Then we went to the Gibson's 65th Wedding Anniversary party where the kids ran around the church with the other kids there. Then the kids played in the park with Grandpa Rawson while I went shopping. (shopping can be heaven on earth without kids..lol) Then we finally got home and my kids were beat and went straight to bed without complaint. However, the next day Chad woke up as stiff as a board, he overexerted I think EVERY muscle in his body. He didn't understand why he was sore "everywhere"....lol, so Tylenol came to the rescue and he could walk again. That boy doesn't stop for anything! Wish I was like that, hahaha.
